Terms of Service
These terms describe the ground rules for using the IndustrySuite marketing site and the founding-partner preview of the product.

Using the service
The founding-partner preview is offered to invited businesses for evaluation and real-world use. You’re responsible for your account, the people you invite, and the accuracy of the business records you create in the platform.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break security or access controls, no unlawful use, and no uploading of content you don’t have the right to use. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your data and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the business records you put into IndustrySuite. IndustrySuite and its software, design, and brand remain ours. During the preview we may use aggregated, de-identified usage to improve the product.
Warranties and liability
The preview is provided “as is” while we harden the platform toward general availability. To the extent permitted by law, IndustrySuite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the preview.
Term and changes
Either of us may end the preview relationship; you can export or request deletion of your business records. Final, binding terms — including subscription, payment, and governing-law provisions — will be reviewed by counsel, dated, and version-tracked before general availability.
