By accessing or using IndustrySuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, employees, and contractors who access the platform.

2. Use of the Service

IndustrySuite provides business management software for interior design professionals. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into IndustrySuite. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client information, project details, or any content you create using the Service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to IndustrySuite is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Third-Party Integrations

IndustrySuite integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings.

Your Obligations

By using IndustrySuite, you agree to the following responsibilities.

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may request a data export within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
