Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what information IndustrySuite handles and why. It applies to our marketing site and the founding-partner preview of the product.
Founding-partner preview · last updated July 2026. This structure is not a published, binding policy — final language will be reviewed by counsel and dated before general availability.
Information we handle
When you request early access or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, trade or industry, and what you’d like to improve. We use this only to talk with you about the founding-partner program.
When founding partners use the product, IndustrySuite stores the business records you create — customers, quotes, jobs, room measurements, photos, and related job data — so the platform can do its work.
How we use it
To operate and improve the platform, respond to your requests, and communicate about the program and service. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting and infrastructure), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Security
Access to your data is scoped to your organization, customer-facing links are limited, and sensitive operations are protected. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your business data is a first-order design goal.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@industrysuite.io. Founding partners control their own business records within the app.
Changes and contact
As the product moves toward general availability, this policy will be finalized with counsel, dated, and version-tracked. Questions in the meantime: privacy@industrysuite.io.
